The luxury apartment in Fuentes has two double bedrooms, with a bathroom and separate shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped to include a washing machine, and there is a large open plan lounge and dining room. In the hall is an intercom system to control entry to the complex.
It is a rare, end apartment having windows on three sides and two terraces. One of the terraces has windows and faces East with glorious sea views and sun in the mornings, while the other has a double aspect, overlooking the pool and with sea view and sun in the afternoons. Both terraces are furnished.
The communal pool is large and open all year. Times of opening each day are regulated to ensure quiet evenings and the complex is kept in excellent order by a very efficient caretaker. The apartment also has a private garage and so parking is never a problem!
